Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead residential and commercial projects in the Greater Harrisburg area. The role focuses on on-site leadership, schedule adherence, and coordination with subcontractors and engineers.

The candidate will oversee permits, safety briefings, and cost-control measures, ensuring quality and compliance across all project phases. Local experience preferred; strong communication skills required.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • 10+ years of combined trade-related commercial and/or residential construction experience.
  • Ability to run projects between $15-25 million independently.
  • Must have previous on-site supervisory experience, overseeing direct reports and subcontractors.
  • Ability to work from construction specifications or blueprints is required.
  • OSHA Certification is required.
  • Proficient in technology and programs including Microsoft Office, Adobe, or other construction software.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire project and all phases from start to finish as the on-site representative and maintain schedule for timely completion.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure work complies with ownership changes, architectural plans, engineering specs, and building codes.
  • Monitor material usage, equipment, and labor costs.
  • Lead daily toolbox talks and safety briefings with the Construction Foreman; conduct site inspections to identify hazards.
  • Identify deficiencies and direct corrective actions on site; coordinate with Architects and Engineers for approvals and walkthroughs.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety; sequence trades and deliveries to optimize workflow.
  • Anticipate delays and adjust schedules to stay on track; stock control of tools and assets on site.

About The Position...

  • Identify deficiencies and direct corrective actions on site.
  • Coordinates with Architects and Engineers for approvals and walkthroughs

  • Coordinate the sequencing of trades and deliveries to optimize workflow.

About The Position...
Construction Superintendent will be responsible for successfully leading assigned residential and commercial projects related to the company's construction division.

We are searching for an individual within the Greater Harrisburg area to support our ongoing and future projects.

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with ownership changes, architectural plans, engineering specifications, and building codes.

Requirements
