Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a seasoned construction operations leader to oversee the entire site. You will establish timelines, address risk areas, and ensure safety and quality compliance.

You will communicate milestones with clients and project managers, manage subcontractors, and maintain a strong backlog of projects including 220-unit Fort Washington and 200-unit independent living developments across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of construction experience.
• Strong end-to-end ground-up construction experience.
• Ability to read and understand drawings/specifications.
• Experience managing subcontractors and the entire field operation.
• Experience with multifamily, senior living, healthcare, or similar complex commercial construction.
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability. A polished, professional presence.
• The maturity to operate independently and take ownership of a project.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion.
