Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate activities
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure safety of all workers and a safe work environment
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Oversee work of subcontractors and ensure quality
• Manage project budgets and keep costs within budget
• Provide regular progress reports to owners and stakeholders
• Foster collaboration and teamwork across the project team
• Some travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring that projects arecompleted on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all activities are sequenced and coordinated
• Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure the safety of all workers on the job site, providing a safe work environment at all times
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
• Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that projects are delivered within budget
• Provide regular progress reports to owners and other stakeholders
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, building effective working relationships with all members of the project team
• Some occasional travel may be required

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
• Experience in Exterior Cladding strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
