Alice Rose in Hartford, CT is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead multifamily renovations and affordable housing projects across the Greater Hartford area. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure safety, schedules, and quality, and coordinate with managers, owners, and inspectors.

The role offers a base salary of $150,000–$170,000 with benefits, healthcare, 401(k) contributions, PTO, a company vehicle or allowance, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

$150,000 – $170,000 Base Salary + Benefits

Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent looking to join a well-established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of affordable housing projects throughout the Greater Hartford area?

We are partnering with a respected Connecticut General Contractor that specializes in the renovation and modernization of occupied and vacant affordable housing communities. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee multiple residential rehabilitation projects.

The Role

As Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Typical projects include:

• Affordable housing renovations
• Bathroom renovations
• Boiler and mechanical system replacements
• Window and door installations
• Roofing and exterior improvements
• Common area upgrades
• Unit turnovers and occupied housing renovations

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and field operations.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
