Job summary

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. seeks a Construction Superintendent in Cleveland, OH to lead on-site operations across multiple commercial projects. You will direct field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams, while building master schedules and managing material logistics.

Strong safety and quality control are required. You will collaborate with estimating and PM teams on pre-construction plans and ensure timely progress meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Construction Superintendent or General Field Superintendent.
• Experience supervising carpenters and skilled trades on commercial projects.
• Experience with exterior cladding, facades, metal, siding or roofing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site leadership across multiple active job sites to guarantee production goals, quality standards, and schedule milestones are met.
• Direct and mentor on-site field crews, project foremen, internal fabrication teams, and external subcontractors.
• Build, maintain, and execute client master schedules; oversee all job site material procurement, deliveries, and inventory logistics.
• Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and office management; participate in progress meetings and pre-construction planning sessions.
• Work with estimating and project management to formulate pre-construction plans and communicate strategies to site crews.
• Enforce OSHA site safety protocols and quality control metrics.
• Maintain accurate daily job logs and approve weekly field timesheets for payroll.
