Job summary

ONeill Contractors Inc. invites an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead high-stakes federal prime contracts in Chicago. You will direct daily field operations for projects ranging from $2M to $20M, ensuring milestones, safety, and quality controls.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, mentoring staff, maintaining rigorous documentation, and enforcing USACE/OSHA standards with a focus on excellence through our Center for Excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising projects for a Prime Federal Contractor.
  • Recent OSHA 30-hour certification (within the last 5 years).
  • Current U.S.A.C.E. Construction Quality Control for Contractors certification.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and construction-related software.
  • Proven history of managing project values between $2,000,000 and $20,000,000.
