Overview

PRK Williams Building Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple ground-up residential construction projects throughout Eastern Iowa.

In this role, you’ll manage assigned jobsites, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure each project is completed safely, on time, and to our quality standards. You’ll have direct ownership of assigned projects while working closely with leadership and project management to ensure each build stays on track.
