This role is key to ensuring high-quality workmanship, excellent communication, and smooth day-to-day job site operations. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for the execution of the repair scope, ensuring work is completed accurately and to quality standards
• Maintain open and consistent communication with customers, project managers, and trade partners regarding progress and assigned tasks
• Assist in procurement and delivery of materials, job site cleanliness, and overall quality control
• Conduct job site inspections to verify scope accuracy and workmanship compliance
• Build rapport and working relationships with trade partners while supporting project timelines
• Develop working knowledge of project scopes and gain proficiency in business systems and processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or related field
• Experience in construction management preferred
• Ability to follow direction and work independently while supporting a team
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in customer interactions
• Eagerness to grow within the construction and restoration industry
