As a Construction Superintendent, you arrive each day ready to oversee the daily operation of our job sites. Working closely with the project manager, you develop and maintain schedules, providing monthly updates to the master schedule that is presented to the client. For each project, you establish and maintain a thorough working knowledge of the applicable project plans, specifications, and contracts required. With your strong organizational skills, you coordinate and oversee subcontractors, personnel, and inspectors to ensure that projects are completed correctly and on time. Each week, you conduct subcontractor coordination and safety meetings to discuss look ahead schedules, job-related issues, outstanding RFIs, and update as-built drawings. You also maintain records such as daily logs, time cards, tailgate safety meetings, SWPP compliance reports, progress photos, daily inspections, punch lists, etc. We know we can depend on you to keep everyone involved well informed. A bachelor's degree in construction management is preferred, but not required. Are you self-motivated and a hard worker?
