Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience preferred.

• Ability to identify and solve problems in the field.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but equivalent field experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations and overall jobsite activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to the project team.
• Conduct daily jobsite inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
• Enforce site safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Review plans, specifications, drawings, and project documents.
• Coordinate inspections and resolve field issues as they arise.
• Track materials, manpower, equipment, and deliveries.
• Lead weekly/daily subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Work closely with Project Managers and ownership to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Identify potential construction issues before they impact schedule or cost.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and according to specifications.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who takes pride in running a safe, organized, high-quality jobsite and wants meaningful ownership over projects from mobilization through completion.
