Construction Success Manager - Spanish Speaking

Who we're looking for

We are seeking field-based or office-based construction professionals experienced in using software to plan and manage construction projects. Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, friendly, and passionate about improving the construction industry. Construction Success Managers work closely with clients, guiding them through platform deployments, training, workflow consultation, and ongoing engagement to ensure satisfaction and account growth.

What you'll be doing

You will leverage your construction experience to develop and consult on client processes, becoming a trusted advisor. As a product and training expert, you'll understand your clients' business goals and help them maximize Fieldwire's value. Your approach will mirror managing construction projects: removing obstacles and advancing processes.

Primary responsibilities include:

  1. Becoming a Fieldwire platform expert and mastering best practices.
  2. Understanding client construction needs and integrating Fieldwire into their workflows.
  3. Managing a portfolio of clients to enhance their usage and processes.
  4. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  5. Conducting training sessions and demonstrations, both online and in person.
  6. Providing feedback to the product team for improvements.
  7. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed.

Skills and experiences required:

  • 3+ years of professional construction experience, ideally with both field and office roles.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, with good time management.
  • Diplomatic and patient when handling customer issues.
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels, from foremen to senior managers.
  • Basic understanding of the construction process from design to completion.
  • Knowledge of how project parties interact to meet schedules and budgets.
  • Creative problem-solving skills relevant to client needs.
  • Desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment.

Compensation

The estimated salary range is $94,500 - $115,500, with potential bonuses up to 20%. Actual offers depend on skills, experience, and location.

This role is remote within the U.S. Our headquarters is in San Francisco, near Embarcadero BART station.
