Job summary

Staff Zone in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Branch Manager to oversee payroll, recruiting, dispatching, and supervision of our temporary workforce for construction and industrial clients. The role requires strong organizational and management skills in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers a salary of $50,000–$55,000 plus monthly bonus, with a 5:30am–3:00pm M-F schedule and weekend rotation. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a management role.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to drive to customer sites.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work rotating weekends and some holidays.
• Recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch temporary workers to job sites and manage safety procedures.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and HR functions.
• Process payroll for completed work orders.
• Visit job sites to ensure safety compliance.
• Conduct safety reviews and incident reporting.
• Manage risk and accidents with timely reporting.
