Overview

Due to continued growth, TRC Field Services (FSV) is seeking Construction Specialists to support our Northern California client teams. With a staff of over two hundred, FSV delivers comprehensive, cost‑effective Construction Management and Testing & Commissioning Service solutions safely to our Utility Customers while providing the best training programs and mentors in this industry and numerous opportunities for growth with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage work authorization statuses and expiration dates; send timely notifications to stakeholders regarding change orders or updates.
• Respond to vendor emails and provide guidance on invoice submissions and approvals.
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness before approval and track invoice approvals, following up on outstanding payments or discrepancies.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using Excel and Power BI; develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends.
• Automate data processes and reporting workflows where possible; maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Assist with compiling data for audits and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data consistency and relevance.
• Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations; identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support decision‑making by providing data‑backed insights and forecasts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of construction experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with equipment used for inspection, surveying, and construction office engineering management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
