Job summary

You will help develop preliminary schedules, prepare General Conditions, and work with the team to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery; travel may be required across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 0 years travel may be required; travel up to 100% may be needed depending on duties.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary project schedules for engineering and construction.
• Prepare General Conditions and staffing plans based on bid documents.
• Coordinate with project team, subs, client and vendors to ensure timely, safe completion.
• Review submittals, issue documents and RFIs, and support project close-out.
• Supervise activities and interpret drawings for foremen and superintendents.
• Contribute to QC reporting and evaluate subcontractor safety performance.
