The primary focus of this role will involve working with a team of skilled tradespeople to renovate, remodel, and build out commercial spaces. This position requires expertise in framing, drywall installation, and rough-in work, with a strong understanding of Ohio and Kentucky building codes. The majority of projects will focus on renovations rather than new construction.

Responsibilities

1. Frame and install walls, ceilings, and structural elements for commercial remodeling projects.
2. Install and finish drywall, ensuring a seamless and high-quality surface.
3. Perform rough-in work for build-outs, ensuring compliance with local and state codes.
4. Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring accuracy in construction execution.
5. Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
6. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
7. Ensure compliance with Ohio and Kentucky commercial building codes.
8. Provide hands-on training and leadership to team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, specializing in remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of Ohio and Kentucky building codes and regulations.
• Experience in framing, drywall installation, and rough-in work for commercial projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
