Job summary

Strongtower Construction is seeking a Construction Waste Handling Specialist for full-time work in The Villages, FL. You will manage debris, coordinate dumpsters, and maintain clean, organized job sites across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of construction experience, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and a valid drivers license with trucking/trailer experience. Outdoor work year-round and travel between sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication.
• Valid drivers license and experience driving trucks.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather.
• Willingness to travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Walk multiple job sites daily to monitor cleanliness and organization.
• Identify debris and determine proper disposal or removal.
• Coordinate dumpster placement and monitor capacity.
• Drive trucks and pull trailers to transport debris and materials.
• Complete trips to landfills as needed and maintain site flow.
• Communicate with supervisors, subcontractors, and framing crews about needs.
• Maintain professional relationships with builders and crews and resolve field issues.
