Sleeping Dog Properties, Inc. is actively seeking a Construction Site Supervisor for residential and commercial projects in the greater Boston area.

You will lead on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure strict adherence to project specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate brings extensive safety knowledge, proven supervision experience, and a track record of quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Experience in managing, training, and developing personnel.
• Project experience in ground-up construction and high-end finishes.
• Familiarity with on-site quality control and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily end-of-day reports to the Project Manager.
• Oversee site safety inspections and enforce PPE usage.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality.
• Monitor project schedule and align with cost and time constraints.
• Manage ASIs, RFIs, and Material Submittals with the team.
• Supervise on-site personnel to foster positive working relationships.
