Job summary

Hog Slat, Incorporated is hiring Construction Site Supervisors to oversee the construction and remodeling of hog barns in East Central Iowa. The role involves sourcing contractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring quality and client satisfaction throughout the construction process.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and project management experience are required. The position is eligible for TN Visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Valid Passport and Professional License required.
• Must have a driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Source experienced contractors and subcontractors for hog barn construction.
• Monitor production of assigned jobs and formulate job schedules.
• Ensure high quality of work and client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot installation problems as they arise.

Skills

Successful site project management experience

Knowledge of commercial construction phases

Ability to inspire subcontractors

Experience in construction scheduling
