Job summary

Waynesville Strobertchamber is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee field activities on construction sites in Missouri. The role requires ensuring plans and specs are followed, coordinating with the Project Manager, and supervising subcontractors on multi-phase work.

The candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain passes for military bases. Company benefits include 100% paid health, dental, and vision insurance and a company-matched 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Project Superintendent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to obtain a pass to military bases.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all aspects of plans and specifications per project.
• Communicate diligently with the Project Manager
• Coordinate subcontractor work during the course of the project
• Maintain project logs and documentation in Sage 300
• Properly classify each man per occupational trade under the current and most recent occupational standards documentation for prevailing wage projects.
• Attend all progress meetings and/or site walkthrough visits.
• Be onsite any time that work is being performed onsite or deliveries are scheduled
• Maintain ALL aspects of security for all equipment, trailers, tools, vehicles, etc. during the course of a project.
• Ensure OSHA standards and project specific jobsite safety are abided by at all times - Including but not limited to: hard hats, safety glasses, proper footwear, and fall hazard precautions.
