We are seeking a Construction site Superintendent/ Inspector to perform construction inspection of civil projects and mechanical and electrical systems (MEP), Vertical, Mechanical, and plumbing experience. The assignment we have is located in Wayne County, Pennsylvania.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience performing construction inspection on civil and/or building projects. HVAC or MEP experience is a plus.

• Currently located within approximately 50 commutable miles from Wayne County, PA is preferred
• Access and ability to operate a personal computer utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel, the internet, and email

Physical Requirements:

• Physical activity includes: climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, grasping, talking, hearing, and standing for sustained periods of time

• Visual acuity requirements include color and depth perception, and field of vision
