Qualifications

• Experience in construction site management or related education is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality and safety guidelines for construction sites is desirable.
• Ability to read and review construction plans and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• On-site project administration and coordination.
• Review project documents and plans.
• Daily site inspections and logging of progress.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate inspections with stakeholders.
• Manage schedules and coordinate resource allocation.
• Oversee cost management and budgeting activities.
• Supervise site staff and provide feedback.
