Job summary

Manatal is hiring Spotters for a four-month assignment at a McCordsville, Indiana construction site. The role focuses on observing technicians operating lifts and elevated platforms to maintain a safe work environment.

Candidates must be onsite, have PPE including hardhat, safety boots, glasses, and hi-vis, and demonstrate strong safety awareness and communication. Attendance is critical; shift is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, pay $16-$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must provide own PPE: Class E Hardhat, Safety-Toed Boots, Safety Glasses, Hi-Vis Vest/Shirt.
• Ability to work onsite in a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong attention to safety and communication.

Responsibilities

• Observe technicians while operating lifts or working from elevated platforms
• Maintain awareness of surrounding safety conditions
• Assist with additional site tasks as needed
• Follow all job site safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality throughout the project
