Job summary

GardaWorld is hiring Security Officers to protect people and property at a construction-site location in Owasso, Oklahoma. You will act as a GardaWorld Ambassador, delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a safe environment and enforcing access control.

Opportunities are full-time with days, weekends, or nights. A competitive pay rate of $19 per hour is offered along with benefits, training, and opportunities for career growth within GardaWorld Campus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass an extensive background screening.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and phone proficiency.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
• Possession of an Oklahoma CLEET license, or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service
• Verify identities and manage site access control procedures
• Conduct routine patrols to identify and address security concerns
• Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with GardaWorld policies
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance issues
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations, including providing first aid when necessary
• Coordinate with emergency responders and site personnel
• Answer questions and assist visitors in person and by phone
• Complete detailed incident reports and communicate security-related concerns
• React promptly and effectively to threats, emergencies, or unusual activity
• Help ensure the safety and protection of people, property, and assets
