Jobot is seeking a Site Safety Manager in Wisconsin to lead safety on construction projects. You will develop safety programs, conduct audits, and train crews to uphold OSHA standards and company policies. The position requires experience in construction safety management, a Bachelor’s degree, and OSHA 30 certification, with OSHA 500 preferred. A strong safety-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or Construction Management or related field.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; OSHA 500 preferred.
• Proven ability to lead safety programs and train teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee job site safety programs to meet OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify risks.
• Provide safety training on protocols, PPE usage, and hazard recognition.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
• Serve as a resource for employees and subcontractors on safety procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive safety performance improvements.
