Job summary

Keeley Construction is seeking a Site Safety Manager for an 8-month Hillsboro, Oregon project. You will oversee day-to-day safety on active sites, enforce OSHA regulations, and work with project teams and subcontractors to promote safe work practices.

The role requires a strong safety background, leadership, and on-site availability in Oregon. Expect to conducting inspections, leading safety sessions, and maintaining comprehensive safety records throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of site-level safety experience in construction or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and hazard recognition.
• Relevant safety certification(s) preferred: CHST, OHST, STS-C, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day safety on active construction sites and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Lead safety huddles, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning meetings.
• Maintain safety documentation including site assessments, incident reports, and training records.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to verify safety protocols and coach on safe practices.
