Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Rockdale, TX is seeking a Construction Hand Laborer to perform physical tasks on site, assist tradespeople, load/unload materials, operate tools and prepare areas for construction.

You’ll help with digging trenches, setting braces, removing debris, and keeping the site safe and clean. A high school diploma is preferred; 2 years in construction is encouraged, and entry-level candidates may be considered. Benefits include a 401K.
