Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a hands-on Construction Laborer to join our field crew in Florida. You will perform general labor on active jobsites, assist craftsmen, and help with loading, unloading, and prepping materials for daily tasks.

Applicants must have a clean driver’s license, show professionalism, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in the trades. The role requires working outdoors in varied weather, including heat.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor on active jobsites
• Work physically in all weather conditions, with a focus on extreme heat readiness
• Supply, stage, and hold materials; operate basic tools; maintain clean work areas and equipment
• Excavate trenches, compact soil, and backfill safely and efficiently
• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
