Job summary

RACK is seeking construction laborers to be the heartbeat of the site, starting with a quick safety huddle and then hands‑on tasks like unloading equipment, setting up scaffolding, digging trenches, and keeping work areas clean for the next task.

You will support craft professionals by supplying materials, holding tools and components in place, and pitching in wherever needed—outdoors in every season, including extreme heat. A clean driver’s license is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor on active jobsites

• Excavate trenches, compact soil, and backfill safely and efficiently
• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
