Alta Asset Management in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day residential construction operations. You will ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while upholding company standards.

You will coordinate subcontractors, review drawings, enforce safety and code compliance, and report progress to the project manager. Strong reading of plans and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of residential construction experience.
