Job summary

The position requires leading multi-trade crews, coordinating inspectors, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering on schedule for a 12- to 24-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong field leadership experience beyond Chief Inspector level.
• Background in power generation, energy, pipeline, or heavy industrial construction.
• Able to manage crews, contractors, and inspection teams in the field.
• Comfortable reporting to a client-side Construction Manager while owning day-to-day site management.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to a 12- to 24-month project.

Overview

We're looking for a Construction Site Manager to run day-to-day site operations on a power generation project supporting a new data center. The site runs gas-fired turbines to generate electricity. The site will have its own internal Construction Manager, so this role sits above a typical Chief Inspector but reports into the client CM - you'll own the field while the client holds overall project management.
