Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution in Florida is seeking a Senior Field Representative to oversee site implementation of construction projects. You will ensure activities align with client requirements, safety, environmental, and Disney standards while coordinating with project managers, contractors, and agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction or construction project management.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and general requirements.
• Experience working on complex construction sites with contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.
• Knowledge of construction project management processes and contracting.
• Flexibility to work the third shift.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team and Walt Disney World Safety to implement project safety plans.
• Provide constructability analysis and value engineering recommendations.
• Ensure contractor and manufacturer compliance with contract drawings, schedules, specifications, applicable codes, and Disney standards.
• Develop site logistics and conduct regular site walks and inspections.
• Monitor project schedules and identify recovery options to prevent delays.
• Anticipate risks and advance issues for resolution.
• Lead meetings (pre-construction, weekly team, safety, operations, contractor, regulatory).
• Mentor interns and Field Representatives, identifying strengths and developmental needs.
