Amrize is hiring a Laborer for Roanoke, TX, to perform maintenance, equipment operation, and groundskeeping across plant sites. The role supports teams on site and contributes to safety and upkeep of facilities. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of general labor experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Required Work Experience: 1 year general laborer experience.
• Additional Requirements: Outdoor work, manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, good physical fitness, teamwork, valid driver’s license, PPE compliance.

Responsabilités

• Cleans and prepares sites and plants by removing trees and debris; tends pumps, compressors and generators.
• Cleans areas around operating plant using shovels, brooms and related tools.
• Participates in mechanical maintenance activities requiring hand tools.
• May assist with traffic control on site when required.
• Monitors plant for spills and mechanical issues and reports to site management.
• Performs routine maintenance on equipment and informs authorities when repairs are needed.
• Adheres to health, safety and environmental policies in all work areas.
• Reports any unsafe conditions, accidents or incidents to supervisor.
