You will spot equipment, guide operators, set up traffic controls, and assist multiple crews as needed while adhering to site safety requirements. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in heavy civil construction and working around heavy equipment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor, material handling, and site cleanup.
• Spot equipment and guide operators during operations.
• Work safely around moving equipment and active work zones.
• Set up and maintain work areas and traffic control as directed.
• Assist multiple crews based on project needs.
• Follow supervisor direction and all site safety requirements.
