Job summary

Gibralter Border Barriers is seeking Construction General Laborers to support daily field operations on heavy civil construction projects. This role focuses on safety, reliability, and teamwork in outdoor work zones.

You’ll perform general labor, assist with material handling, set up and maintain work areas, spot equipment, and support multiple crews while following all supervisor instructions and site safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in heavy civil construction and experience working around heavy equipment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor, material handling, and site cleanup.
• Spot equipment and guide operators during operations.
• Work safely around moving equipment and active work zones.
• Set up and maintain work areas and traffic control as directed.
• Assist multiple crews based on project needs.
• Follow supervisor direction and all site safety requirements.
