Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean construction sites to reduce hazards.
• Load, unload, and distribute building materials and tools.
• Control traffic near work zones with training.
• Signal equipment operators to guide machinery and materials.
• Dig ditches or trenches, backfill, or compact earth.
• May enter trenches or confined spaces after training.
• Follow safety guidelines from Foreman/Supervisor.
