Job summary

The Laborer at Page Mechanical Group, Inc. supports on-site construction activities by cleaning the site, loading materials, and helping with preparation and safety tasks. You will operate basic tools and assist with trenching, conduit placement, and concrete prep under supervision.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds, with willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education is required.
• Previous underground utility construction experience is preferred.
• Experience operating small equipment and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Attend safety huddles and follow site safety protocols.
• Operate tamping machines per specifications.
• Inspect equipment and assist with maintenance.
• Load and unload materials and organize the work area.
• Assist with trenching, shoring, backfilling, and conduit placement.
• Maintain safety of vehicles and comply with customer requirements.
• Report injuries and incidents.
• Work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
