Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a construction laborer to assist at project sites under direct supervision of the Site Manager. Responsibilities include site preparation, tool operation, and hazard mitigation in outdoor environments.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 60 pounds, and passing pre-employment checks. 0-2 years of experience and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record within parameters.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Maintain 40 hour HAZWOPER and 8 hour refresher if required.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Willingness to travel and report to work on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare project sites to eliminate hazards.
• Operate small hand and power tools, decontamination of equipment.
• May operate road and off road haul and water trucks.
• Handling of hazardous and non hazardous materials.
