• Monitor housekeeping conditions and address potential safety hazards.
• Support compliance with site safety and environmental policies.
• Track and maintain inventory of office consumables.
• Support office and field staff with offsite deliveries and pickups.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.

Position Summary

The Construction Site Expeditor / Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and efficient project office. This position supports daily construction operations by assisting with deliveries, maintaining housekeeping standards, organizing storage areas, and providing general labor support to project teams and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Housekeeping

• Maintain a clean and orderly project site office, including work areas (Offices & Cubicles), walkways, trash, restrooms, storage areas, and common spaces.

• Collect, sort, and dispose of debris, packaging, and waste.

• Monitor housekeeping conditions and proactively address potential safety hazards.

• Support compliance with site safety and environmental policies.

Site Expediting & Material Support

• Track and maintain inventory of office consumables and commonly used common items.

• Support office and field staff with offsite deliveries, and pickups as needed.

• Participate in daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.

Qualifications
