Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to complete assignments with no supervision and self-direct daily activities.
• Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed.
• Conscientious professional with pleasant phone manner and strong organizational skills.
• 1-3 years of previous construction experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Field verifying location and nature of work to be performed by observing the project.
• Confirm quality of work and quantity completed at end of each day.
• Maintain acceptable performance standards and metrics for crew on the project.
• Handle administrative duties for documentation, including ordering, tracking supplies, and billing.
• Ensure safety practices are followed at all times.
• Perform other related work as assigned with available resources.
