Job Title: Construction Site Contracts Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Contracts/Procurement Agent with a focus on AI Reporting to join our team. This role supports the procurement team by managing purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and contract administration with a special emphasis on AI-driven reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Support the procurement team by managing purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and contract administration with a special emphasis on AI-driven reporting and analytics.

  • Assist in tendering, RFQs, and contract administration under the guidance of senior staff.

  • Maintain accurate purchase orders, supplier records, and compliance documentation.

  • Combine traditional procurement responsibilities with data-driven insights, leveraging AI tools to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across the procurement lifecycle.

  • Use AI-powered tools and reporting platforms to generate procurement dashboards, spend analysis, and performance metrics.

  • Automate routine reporting tasks to increase efficiency and accuracy.

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in procurement data using AI-driven insights.

  • Support continuous improvement by translating AI findings into actionable recommendations for the procurement team.

Essential Skills
  • Contracts administration and management with a focus on construction procurement.

  • AI reporting and analytics skills.

  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field.

  • High school diploma or GED with a computing background .

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.

  • Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams.

  • Continuous learning mindset with an interest in procurement best practices and emerging AI technologies.

  • Familiarity with AI tools, reporting platforms, or business intelligence solutions such as Power BI, Tableau, or AI-enhanced ERP modules.

  • Further education or certification in procurement, supply chain, or data analytics is an asset.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. There may be a chance for extension in the future.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $49.00/hr.
