Our client, a leader in large-scale infrastructure and data center development, is seeking a Construction Site Contracts Manager to join their team. As a Construction Site Contracts Manager, you will be part of the Land Development and Site Due Diligence team supporting datacenter construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
  • Create and issue RFQs for services required for projects and evaluate bids received from suppliers.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and regulators.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor contract performance, manage renewals, extensions, amendments, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation, and manage contract-related issues or disputes.
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or similar roles, preferably in construction services, land development, or datacenter industries.
  • Proficiency with contract management software such as SAP Ariba.
  • Knowledge of commercial language, construction practices, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
