Job summary

RPGFL is seeking a Construction Cleaner to maintain clean, organized job sites and support crews during rough, final, and punch-phase cleanups. You will remove debris, detail-clean surfaces, and ensure egress paths remain clear while adhering to safety guidelines.

Prior construction cleaning experience is required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. The role involves on-site work with standard PPE and coordination with other trades to turnover spaces ready for the general contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience with rough, final, and punch-phase construction cleaning on active commercial sites.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods for glass, painted surfaces, tile, concrete, and millwork.
• Ability to remove overspray, adhesive, and residue without damaging finishes.
• Familiarity with common cleaning equipment and safety data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough, final, and punch-phase cleaning on assigned areas as directed by site manager.
• Remove debris and transport to dumpsters; document other trade debris.
• Sweep, mop, and detail floors and stairs; keep egress paths clear.
• Detail-clean finished surfaces without damaging coatings or finishes.
• Clean glass, window frames, and tracks; remove labels and adhesive.
• Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and organizing materials and tools.
• Maintain a clean-as-you-go standard throughout the shift.
• Report damages or unsafe conditions to the Safety/Site Manager immediately.
