Baxter & Woodman, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager in our Crystal Lake, IL office. The Construction Project Manager will support the firm’s construction group on a variety of projects ranging from roadways and bridges to underground installation and treatment plant construction. Additionally, the candidate will be assisting with the firm’s design and other staff when required. The engineering position will also offer the opportunity to work directly with firm clients.
You will need to be available to represent our municipal clients in the management and observation of activities related to Transportation and Infrastructure construction projects located predominantly in McHenry County and in the Chicagoland and surrounding counties.
Types of projects include roadway reconstruction, resurfacing and intersection improvements, bridge and structural improvements, water main, storm water collection and distribution systems, and associated pipelines and structures. Projects will require services ranging from several weeks to several years in duration, with variable schedules and/or hours, and will be located at one of our construction project sites.
The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
