What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the construction administration function, guiding internal staff and serving as the primary point of contact during the construction phase.
Act as the bridge between contractors, clients, and design teams—keeping communication clear and projects running smoothly.
Oversee site meetings, cost tracking, scheduling, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Review construction documents, process RFIs and submittals, and resolve on-site challenges in real time.
Conduct site visits for QA/QC, handle project closeouts, and maintain accurate construction records.
Provide leadership in bidding phases, estimates, and inspections.
Partner closely with clients to ensure satisfaction while mentoring and developing your internal team.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.
6+ years of progressive experience in construction services, with proven leadership skills.
Strong communication abilities—comfortable leading meetings and advising clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects, think critically, and provide cost-effective solutions.
Flexibility to travel for meetings, site visits, and project oversight.
