Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Construction Services Lead responsible for cleaning and maintenance duties to keep facilities healthy, safe, and sanitary. The ideal candidate is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience is a plus but will train.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal and restroom/break room cleaning to maintain a healthy and sanitary facility.
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks effectively.
• Perform miscellaneous duties to ensure facilities are maintained to standards.

You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal restroom and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.
