SEH in North Dakota is seeking a Project Engineer to lead transportation, municipal infrastructure and construction projects. You will coordinate with contractors, clients, utilities and regulators to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
The role involves construction observation, contract administration, quantity tracking, schedule monitoring and QA/QC, plus mentoring junior staff and supporting business development.

Manage and deliver transportation, municipal infrastructure, and construction engineering projects for clients throughout North Dakota.
Serve as the Project Engineer on construction projects, coordinating with contractors, clients, utility providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery.
Perform construction observation, contract administration, quantity tracking, schedule monitoring, and quality assurance activities during project execution.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across SEH to develop practical solutions for complex infrastructure and construction challenges.
Represent SEH at construction progress meetings, public meetings, and coordination meetings with local governments, NDDOT, and other stakeholders.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to construction staff, technicians, and junior engineering professionals.
Support business development efforts through client relationship management, proposal development, project interviews, and pursuit strategies.
