They have served public and private owners, government agencies, law firms, sureties, developers, commercial enterprises, transit agencies, and municipalities.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Construction Scheduling Consultant located in the Washington, DC/Maryland/Virginia area. The role follows a hybrid work model, combining remote and on-site work. The Consultant will be responsible for construction scheduling, including: creating baseline construction schedules, performing monthly schedule updates, cost and resource planning, performing time impact analyses, and other project support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction or related field
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling
• Experience in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
