Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a motivated Construction Planner and Scheduler to support industrial engineering, EPC, and EPCM projects as part of the Project Resources Team. The role may be hybrid with occasional travel and involves developing and maintaining schedules to enable efficient design and construction execution.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience with scheduling software, and a desire to grow within construction planning and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree as described; significant construction/engineering experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Industry-standard scheduling knowledge and experience with EPC/industrial projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and develop/maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules and planning tools across a project portfolio.
• Support cross-functional planning with project managers, engineers, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings and translate means/methods into realistic schedule logic.
• Monitor progress, assess changes, and update timelines and budgets.
