Qualifications

• Education and experience aligned with construction scheduling and project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience planning project execution and sequencing of work to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules for design and construction activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional scheduling meetings and gather information from project personnel.
• Lead or support scheduling on EPC/large projects with multiple schedulers.
• Translate construction means and methods into realistic schedule logic.
• Execute, monitor, and control project scheduling processes and procedures.
• Maintain baseline schedules and progress updates; assess timeline and budget impact.
• Perform critical path and scenario analysis; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Generate status reports and coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
