Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking a Scheduler to join our Carolina team. Based in Raleigh with monthly travel to Charlotte to support regional projects, you will develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with field and office teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of scheduling experience, proficiency with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office, and a solid CPM foundation. This role offers growth within a leading construction firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years scheduling experience in commercial/construction
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of CPM, baselines, and schedule reporting

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, pursuit, preconstruction, and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Maintain baseline, procurement, and construction schedules with project teams and subcontractors
• Prepare monthly schedule status reports and support TIAs and change order reviews
